As we continue to grow, we’re looking for a passionate and connected Talent Agent to help expand our roster and take our artists’ careers to the next level.

Role Overview:
As a Talent Agent, you’ll be responsible for identifying and signing new talent, booking shows, building strong industry relationships, and developing long-term strategies for your artists. You should be deeply tapped into the music scene, have a sharp ear for emerging talent, and possess the hustle, professionalism, and vision to thrive in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities:

• Represent and manage a roster of artists across relevant genres

• Secure bookings with promoters, festivals, and venues nationwide and internationally

• Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with industry partners, including managers, labels, and brand reps

• Negotiate performance contracts and manage booking logistics

• Develop and execute growth strategies tailored to each artist’s career trajectory

• Stay on top of trends, rising talent, and emerging opportunities in the music industry

• Collaborate with internal team members to support marketing, branding, and tour development

Requirements:

• 3+ years of experience in talent representation, artist management, booking, or related roles

• Existing network of industry contacts (promoters, venues, managers, etc.)

• Exceptional communication, negotiation, and organizational skills

• Strong understanding of the live music and touring ecosystem

• Driven, resourceful, and able to work independently while contributing to a team

• Passion for music and dedication to artist development

• Hybrid role; living in or near Los Angeles or Detroit is a plus

Compensation:
Salary is commensurate with experience and includes a competitive commission structure. This is a growth-focused role with strong earning potential for the right candidate.
