Prysm Talent Agency was founded in 2019 by Colton Anderson (CEO) just before the onset of the global pandemic. Despite the challenges faced by the music industry, Prysm quickly carved out a reputation for excellence in talent booking.

Paul Yu Asensi (COO) joined the agency a few months later, bringing his expertise in branding and creative direction. With his addition, the agency expanded its offerings to include brand partnerships, sync licensing, and creative branding services, further establishing itself as a comprehensive talent agency.

As a small, boutique agency, we prioritize quality over quantity, ensuring every client receives the personalized attention and strategic focus they deserve. This approach has allowed us to build long-lasting relationships with both our talent and the brands we work with, driving success on every level.

With Colton based in Detroit, Michigan, and Paul in Los Angeles, California, we bring a unique blend of perspectives from two of the country's most influential music hubs, giving us a nationwide reach and deep understanding of the industry’s pulse.
