Position Overview:
We are seeking a passionate and detail-oriented Sync Licensing Coordinator to join our growing team. In this role, you’ll work closely with our roster of artists, music supervisors, film/TV studios, advertising agencies, and game developers to pitch and license music for media placements. The ideal candidate has a strong knowledge of sync licensing, great communication skills, and a love for music discovery.

Key Responsibilities:

• Pitch music from our artist roster for film, TV, commercials, video games, and other media opportunities

• Build and maintain relationships with music supervisors, creative agencies, production companies, and sync libraries

• Manage licensing administration, including metadata tagging, cue sheets, and rights clearances

• Track incoming requests and ongoing deals, ensuring timely follow-ups and contract execution

• Collaborate with artists and managers to secure pre-cleared materials and ensure songs are sync-ready

• Stay on top of media trends, sync-friendly projects, and new opportunities in the sync landscape

• Create custom playlists tailored to specific briefs and client preferences

Requirements:

• 2+ years of experience in sync licensing, music supervision, or music publishing

• Strong understanding of music rights (master & publishing) and licensing terms

• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills

• Highly organized and detail-oriented with strong time management

• Passion for music and knowledge of current trends across genres

• Familiarity with music licensing platforms, databases, and contract workflows

• Proficiency with tools like Disco, Songtradr, or similar platforms is a plus
