Prysm Talent Agency

Booking Coordinator

Prysm Talent Agency
Full-Time | Remote | Detroit, MI or Los Angeles, CA

About Us:
Prysm Talent Agency is a forward-thinking, artist-focused agency representing a diverse roster across electronic, hip-hop, metal, and alternative music. With offices in Detroit and Los Angeles, we champion culture, creativity, and connection—on stage and behind the scenes. As our roster grows, we’re seeking a Booking Coordinator to keep our operations running smoothly and help bring our artists’ shows to life.

Position Summary:
The Booking Coordinator plays a vital role in the execution of live events and day-to-day support for our agents. This person will be the communication bridge between the agency, artists, tour managers, and promoters. You’ll be responsible for advancing shows, maintaining internal systems, organizing details, and ensuring every event on the calendar is properly managed and artist-ready. If you thrive in fast-paced environments, live for spreadsheets, and love music—this role is for you.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Advance Shows: Coordinate with promoters, venues, and artist teams to gather and confirm technical riders, hospitality requirements, travel details, set times, and other show-related logistics

  • Calendar Management: Maintain up-to-date touring calendars and itineraries across platforms and ensure agents and managers are informed of changes or conflicts

  • Contract & Offer Support: Track incoming offers, assist in contract processing, and ensure deal terms are properly documented

  • Communication Hub: Act as a liaison between agents, artists, managers, promoters, and tour crews to ensure everyone is aligned before show day

  • Data & Records: Input and manage booking information into internal systems, maintain detailed spreadsheets, and create show advance documents for each event

  • Problem Solving: Be a go-to person for last-minute changes, issues, or travel challenges as they arise

What You Bring:

  • 1–3 years of experience in booking, tour production, live event coordination, or artist management

  • Exceptional organizational and time management skills

  • Clear and professional communication skills (written and verbal)

  • Ability to juggle multiple projects, deadlines, and personalities in a high-pressure environment

  • Familiarity with Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Calendar), Master Tour, or booking software (preferred but not required)

  • A passion for live music, touring, and artist development

  • Hybrid role; living in or near Los Angeles or Detroit is a plus

Compensation:
Salary is based on experience. Room for growth within the agency. Occasional travel and after-hours work may be required around tour schedules.

Why Prysm:
You’ll join a close-knit team that believes in building careers, not just gigs. We value creativity, hustle, and mutual respect—and we’re excited to bring on someone who shares that energy.
